FAQ

WHAT TO WEAR TO THE MINI-SESSION?
We want to make sure that the clothing you wear looks like you, reads as credible in your industry, and doesn't compete with your face for attention. Here are some suggestions:
Best Colors
- Jewel tones (navy, emerald, burgundy, deep teal) — universally flattering on camera, read as confident and polished, work for nearly every skin tone
- Solid neutrals (charcoal, camel, soft white, black) — timeless, professional, never date the photo
- One accent color is great — a colorful blazer, scarf, or top — but keep it to one statement piece
Colors to avoid:
- Pure white (can blow out next to skin, especially with simple lighting setups)
- Busy patterns, plaids, fine stripes, or logos (they create moiré/distortion and pull focus from the face)
- Neon or fluorescent shades (distract and can color-cast onto skin)
- Head-to-toe black (can look flat and overly somber unless intentional and broken up with texture)
General Styling Tips to Include
- Fit matters more than the brand — well-tailored basics beat expensive ill-fitting pieces
- Layer when possible (blazer + top) — gives variety across shots without full outfit changes
- Iron/steam everything before arriving— wrinkles show more than people expect on camera
- Think about your industry's "uniform" — wear what makes a potential client trust you instantly
- Skip logos and busy jewelry — statement earrings or a simple necklace is plenty; avoid noisy bracelets if hands will be in frame
How does the booking process work from start to finish?
- Reach out or sign up — DM me with questions, or go ahead and book your session directly.
- Quick discovery email — I'll follow up to learn what you're hoping to achieve from the session.
- Secure your spot — Payment confirms and locks in your date/time.
- Show up and shoot — We meet at the agreed date, time, and location, ready to go.
How many final images can we expect to receive?
From your session, I'll hand-select and fully retouch 3-4 standout images in high-resolution — perfect for LinkedIn, your website, or marketing materials. You'll also receive proofs of the full gallery so you can see everything we captured together.
Can we purchase additional images and upgrade to the full gallery?
Absolutely! After your session, simply review your proofs and let me know which additional images you'd like fully edited — upgrading is easy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS (FOR OUTDOOR SHOOTS)?
A little rain won't necessarily cancel your session! Depending on the location, we may have access to cover or shelter that keeps things running smoothly. If not, we'll simply reschedule at a date and time that works best for you.

Let's document your story

Great images don't happen by accident — they happen when preparation meets intention. If you're ready to show up online with visuals that actually reflect who you are and what you do, I'd love to work with you. Spots are limited, so don't wait too long.
